Taxfree, returns and gift cards.

Taxfree.

Taxfree can be provided by staff at each department at Nordiska Kompaniet. If you reside outside the European Union (EU), you are entitled to a tax refund on your purchases in Sweden. Tax Free Shopping by Global Blue is a simple system that puts cash in your hand when you leave the EU. You get refunds of up to 17,5% on your purchases. The minimum purchase is 200 SEK. For questions about Global Blue Cheque, please ask department staff or NK Servicecenter on Lower level.

ATM/Cash Dispenser.

A cash dispenser is available on Ground floor next to the department NK Hår & Skönhet. NK accepts payment with American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Eurocard and MasterCard.

NK Gift Card.

Gift cards are for sale at NK Servicecenter at the Lower level. The Gift cards are valid at all departments in NK Stockholm and NK Göteborg.The gift card can not be exchanged into cash or be used as payment for purchasing new gift cards or foreign currency at Forex. The gift cards comes in 100 SEK and 500 SEK values and have a time limit which is written on each card. When the card has expired it is no longer possible to use the gift card as payment.

Companies are welcome to buy gift cards on invoice. Please contact NK Servicecenter for more information.

Gift cards can not be ordered online.

Returns.

NK offers a 30 day return policy if the item is returned in its original wrapping along with the receipt. Returns are not possible on sales products, special orders, certain unique items, food, magazines, tobacco or non-sealed bathing clothes. If the item was purchased with a credit card, the return amount can only be refunded to that credit card.
