Shipping, home delivery and parking.

Home-delivery Stockholm area.

For a small charge you may have your purchases delivered to your doorstep. It will be delivered in its existing emballage, no additional wrapping, Monday to Friday between 10am - 8pm. Please order and pay for the home-delivery in specific department. For joint delivery please contact NK Servicecenter on the Lower level. 

National and International shipping.

NK offers shipping nationally and world wide. For domestic shipping the package can be collected at the nearest post office. Ordering and payment of domestic shipping can be made in each department. For international shipping the postage will be sent directly to the addressee. The package can not be sent to a post office box. Ordering and payment of international shipping can be made at each department. Non-EU citizens shop tax-free, possible customs duty is paid in the recipients country. You can shop at several departments and than send all of your purchases in one shipping by collecting a shipping card at NK Servicecenter on the Lower level. 

Parking and carwash. 

Parkaden is a carpark situated in central Stockholm across NK, on the corner of Regeringsgatan/Mäster Samuelsgatan. Parkaden is open Monday to Saturday 6am to 12am, Sundays and public holidays 9.30am-12am. NK members pay a reduced fee. Log on to your account for further details. 

The Carwash is situaded on floor 3 in the carpark. There are services like hand wash internal and external, polishing and waxing, tyre switch including season storage and odor removal.
