Our loyalty program NK Nyckeln opens the doors to a complete department store experience with bonus points on all purchases, personal offers, and unique events.

HOW IT WORKS

The membership is free and opens the door to bonus points on all purchases, unique benefits, and greater experiences.

1. BECOME A MEMBER

Visit the Service desk in our department stores to register your membership. If you are a Swedish resident with a Swedish social security number you can register online (In Swedish)

2. DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP

Click the link in your welcome email to download your digital membership card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.

3. COLLECT POINTS

Show your membership at the time of purchase to start collecting points. You collect at least 1 point for every SEK you spend, sometimes more. Keep an eye out for Double points.

4. USE YOUR POINTS

When you have at least 2,500 points, you can use them to make purchases worth 50 SEK in the department stores and online.

5. MORE BENEFITS AT THE NEXT LEVEL

The points determine your level: White, Brass, or Black level. At the higher levels, more benefits, more points, and unique invitations await.
